We specialize in the sale of land parcels in Southern California's fabulous North Los Angeles County called the Antelope Valley, with it's 2 principle cities Palmdale and Lancaster. During the early 1960's,
Aptaker family acquired many of properties here. The properties are being held under various family members' names,
companies, and corporations. DEBCO was formed in 1974 to
start selling a some of the properties. Mr. Steven Aptaker took over the
corporation in 1978 and in 1988 the name was changed to U.S.A.
DIVERSIFIED PROPERTIES INC. We have watched the Antelope Vallley grow and change and have been there every step of the way. We know the land market here in the Antelope Valley area inside and out.

The success of any Real Estate Company depends to a great extent on the loyalty, ability, and integrity of its sales staff. In general, the turnover of sales personnel in the field of Real Estate is quite high, making it difficult for most companies to develop a well-trained, conscientious, and capable sales organization. We have succeeded in keeping ur personnel tunover extremely low, and the moral of our sales staff extremely high. As a result, a number of our sales representatives have been with us 10 years or more.
Many of our representatives joined our organization after deciding to purchase property from us and thereby becoming enthused about the prospects which our Company and our field could offer them. Our low turnover and great longevity of many of our sales representatives has resulted in a knowledgeable, capable and highly ethical sales staff. 
Mr. George Wang is Senior Vice President in charge of Overseas Sales in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. He has been with us since 1992 and has experience running several businesses and international trading companies.
Mrs. Alice Wang, Vice President in charge of Domestic Sales is a Licensced Broker and has been with us since 1989.
