WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY "THE ANTELOPE VALLEY"

At the present time the company's operation are mainly concertrated in
the Palmdale-Lancaster area of the Los Angeles County. This area,
located north of Los Angeles has been experiencing rapid growth for a
number of years. The population has doubled the past years and growth
has accelerated, spurred by the fact that land prices in the rest of
Los Angeles County have become too high to make affordable housing for
newcomers to California, or first time home buyers possible. The lower land prices in the Antelope Valley and the municipal building
bonds issued by the incorporated cities of Lancaster and Palmdale have
resulted in both lower home prices and lower interest rates and
payments. The "CALIFORNIA DREAM" of home ownership is therfore becoming a realality for many in the Antelope Valley.
The growth of the area has futher been stimulated by the advent of more
and major industry such as the Rockwell B-1 Bomber Plant, the Lockheed
L1011 plant, now utilized for defense projects, the building of the SPACE SHUTTLE CRAFT, as well as a number of smaller satelite industries. Still to come is the construction of the PALMDALE AIRPORT.

The famous "60 Mile
Circle" surrounding Los Angeles has only 5% of the land area of
California, yet contains: 45% of the population; 46% of its personal
income; 56% of its manufacturing employment; 67% of its total
international trade; 58% of the headquarters of the 100 largest
industrial companies based in California.
It's no secret that the Los Angeles area has one of the world's
largest, richest and most diverse economies. A Security Pacific Bank
study details just how big and varied the regional economy is: "The
area within a radius of 60 miles of downtown Los Angeles has the
second-largest concentration of population, employment, business,
industry and finance in the United States, exceeded only by the New
York metropolis."
Located just 60 miles north of Los Angeles, this blossoming community
lies directly in the growth path of California's largest, most rapidly
expanding metropolis.
The population influx from an overcrowded Los Angeles is already so
substantial that the Valley's two anchor cities, Lancaster and
Palmdale, rank among the fastest developing communities in the nation.
Area construction is booming. New houses appear daily, followed by the
businesses and retail operations required to support the expanding
community. Commercial and Residential developers, industrialists, and
the worlds' largest Wal-Mart (now 4 stores including 2 under
construction) have seized the opportunities in the Antelope Valley.
Antelope Valley pre-developed land parcels offer the golden
opportunities for maximum profit potential. The increase in population
and construction booming will again start pre-developed land parcels on
a rapid appreciation curve and place the land owners in an enviable
profit making position.
You can own a genuine piece of Southern California for the future in a
growing area in the path of progress. Southern California is the
gateway to the multi-billion dollar Pacific Rim market, which is
growing exponentially on a daily basis. Whether you live in California
or anywhere else in the world, you can own land here as an investment
for the future.

In 2003, 2,223 permits for single-family homes were issued in the
Valley. That number of permits increased by more than 62% to 3,616 in
2004, according to Construction Industry Research Board figures.
Permits issued for new homes in Lancaster rose 79%, from 972 in 2003 to
1,740. In Palmdale the number of permits drawn increased 44.9% from 946
in 2003 to 1,371 in 2004.
The values of those permits rose 81.1% across the Valley, from
$411 million in 2003 to $744.6 million in 2004. Demand for new
homes in the Valley has continued to grow. The number of people
who have signed the Anaverde "interest list," for
example, is about 6,000,
The average housing Price is about $ 332,500 for E. Palmdale, $
416,500 for W. Palmdale $ 300,000 for E. Lancaster, and $
315,000 for W. Lancaster.
The Antelope Valley will have high-speed trains whizzing
through it and stopping at a Palmdale station someday, if the
$35 billion rail system actually is constructed. The state's
High Speed Rail Authority board voted on the rail line's route,
which will include a section through the Antelope Valley on its
way from Bakersfield to Los Angeles. The estimated travel time
from Palmdale to the Los Angeles Basin will be just 26 minutes.
The high-speed system also will provide connections to Palmdale
Airport
According to the High-Speed Rail Authority's staff report, the
Antelope Valley is the fastest-growing area in Los Angeles
County, and the regional population forecasts say the
population will grow from nearly 480,000 in 2005 and could
exceed 1 million people by the year 2020.
